Jan 01, 2017: 11:44pm sent a screenshot of yellowsprinkles.org out to several close friends.

Jan 09, 2017: 5:00am - worst pain imaginable, suicidal thoughts. Painkillers out the wazoo.
Jan 09, 2017: painkillers and sleep all day, no food
Jan 10, 2017: 2:00am - created wiki.yellowsprinkles.org, installed MediaWiki
Jan 10, 2017: 4:00pm - met neurologist at Albany Med. She still wouldn't sign off on Long Term Disability without tests first. She promised a call to schedule the tests by tomorrow.
Jan 11, 2017: no call back from neurologist. Unable to recall her name so couldn't look them up online. Unable to move out of bed at all due to pain.
Jan 11, 2017: 11:30pm - created SmileManager wiki account and sent her an email with some basic wiki instructions
