Jan 10, 2017: 4:00pm - met neurologist at Albany Med. She still wouldn't sign off on Long Term Disability without tests first. She promised a call to schedule the tests by tomorrow.
Jan 11, 2017: no call back from neurologist. Unable to recall her name so couldn't look them up online. Unable to move out of bed at all due to pain.
