Sep 19, 2017: 12:42am after MANY weeks of searching, I finally found a bitcoin exchange where I am fully compliant with all of their terms & conditions: https://anxpro.com/pages/terms (screenshot | stampery certificate). Now it's time to sign up an account and start coding against their API.
Sep 19, 2017: 1:06am the lawmakers are absolutely killing me. I thought I'd finally found what I've been searching for and was all excited about it. I read EVERY SINGLE WORD of their Terms & Conditions document, and it never said anything about the USA being disallowed... until I tried to sign up an account. That's when it said THIS. I'm outraged and would leave the country if I could. I'm ashamed to be part of the USA now. Nice job America.
Sep 30, 2017: 6:08am another disappointment. I thought I'd found an exchange which allows US residents that also has Walton (WTC) available: binance.com. I got far enough to buy some WTC, but when I tried to save some money on the conversion fees by buying some BNB, they required KYC/AML ID verification. Took selfie, uploaded. Then found out they also require a passport to be scanned/uploaded. FML! America is going to be the first bankrupt country in the history of the world because the government is preventing United States residents from participating in so many exchanges where MILLIONS OF DOLLARS ARE BEING MADE!
